Maybe Chrono once we see her walking around with a bazooka camera and emphasis is given on her being an in-universe version of an Umajo? Not that that wouldn't invite more memes of her becoming a Yabee Onna...
The problem with diverting her flanderization away from the gambling aspect of keiba is that 1) Her establishing character moment (4th anniversary story) shows her reading a sports newspaper and 2) we see her in Gran's campaign speculating who'd win in a maiden race in Gran's story while reading a sports newspaper: Both of which are things done less by Umajo and more by punters.
