It's definitely AI. The hair, the bread by the paper bag, the cart's wheels show it.

the shopping cart dimensions aren't too weird cuz I've seen some pretty strange ones, including wide stubby ones. one place where I live has these weird 3-decker things and I've seen ones that look like they have wire saddlebags.

But yeah there's a ton of other red flags here. that wheel isn't something a human would make, the back frame doesn't make sense, the ear, the hair, etc

No wings. Hair bun on the wrong side. Even if this wasn't AI I would hate it. It's so off model.
