No. The wide gap between a woman's legs is a natural sign of fertility that hints toward a wide birthing channel (the same way wide hips do), albeit overexaggerated in such art...like many other sexual traits. I forget the tag we use for it here if we even have one any more, since it's not in the body parts listing. I remember it being somewhat obscure (like mound_of_venus is) though.
