My question about the tags is why it's Cial and not Ciel.
Unless Cial is the how Japanese spelled, I don't think it's necessary to have both char:Ciel_(rockman) and char:Cial_(rockman) tags.

Cial is from the Rockman Zero manga. She's the sister of Ciel. They're different.

Don't even bother, the manga is just an alternate canon discontuity of the series, with less action and more gag humour. It is fun to read, but not worth going deeply into
