I know it isn't Reimu. The phrasing implies the speaker doesn't know Marisa well and I think "ano hakurei no miko" is a bit distant and/or disrespectful towards Reimu. Also, the "wa" ending suggests a female speaker if you wanna really narrow it down.
And I also know I should get that checked lmao. Even Marisa herself is canonically taking it really well. As much as I hate what a joke she is compared to her fellow protagonist (in the manga, at least), she has a really good attitude about it and if fans wanna explore how the two can have a healthy relationship despite the vast gap in power, that's cool, actually. But a lot of ReiMari artists lean way into the power dynamic and they effectively end up saying that not only can hard work never beat talent, it's absolutely adorable that it even tries, which is just depressing af.

That type of Reimari where Marisa is seen as adorable for even trying to catch up to Reimu is something I rarely if ever see. Sure there are instances where she’s been shown to lose decisively but it’s not treated as a joke but rather just an example of her frustrations and desire to catch up
Also, with the last sentence of your comment, I assume you’re a Marisa x Alice fan who has a bias against Reimari and as such interprets Reimari art, even the cute ones, in a negative manner, which you kind of admitted to doing in your first comment
