When you put them in a list like that, you're making it sound like they are the same image at different resolutions. They are not.
The Spriters Resource images are spritesheets that include this image, but also a faceless body and the different expressions (I do wish they separated the bodies with a border and included pixel position information for the faces, though) Thus, the width doesn't tell you anything, but it is possible the image is bigger. It shows it may be possible to get a slghtly larger res image by extracting it from the game.
The second and third sources are lower res with backgrounds and part of the sprite is cut off. The fourth source isn't even using the same sprite and looks completely different.
