The nonsensical ground shading, the twisted and gnarled up hand, the weird eyes, the malformed mouth, the inconsistent shading, and the various nonsensical bits on the front of the lingere, and hair.... and the look of the buildings to the side, all show signs of AI generation. Isn't AI art not allowed on here?

You might want to get your eyes checked, because there's nothing wrong with those eyes and you can literally see the texture layer of the lingerie where the artist accidentally cropped it wrong.
If by "nonsensical ground shading" you mean an ill-adjusted rectangular shadow, by "twisted hand" you mean a completely normal hand on one side and an almost out-of-view hand on the other, by "weird eyes" you mean (I have no idea actually, what the heck do you mean), by "inconsistent shading" and "nonsensical bits" you mean wrong layering, and by "buildings to the side" you mean a screenshot background layer, then sure, "very AI".
People are very overconfident in their "absolute certainty" about AI generation especially when it comes to Chinese artists and make up a bunch of things to "prove" it.
No no, the shading is definitely weird. The body and lingerie is far more detailed than the coat, face and hair. There's something funky going on with her right shoulder.
Not sure if this is AI, but it definitely feels like reused assets.
