I think it's his cheekbones that does it.

The render in the game was kinda deceiving. He doesn't look as tall as I thought from the concept. Maybe his beard needs to be more dark.

I think they need to work on his face a bit more. It doesn't really fit in my opinion. Still looks a bit adolescent.
