That is indeed a very baseless accusation. There's nothing about this illustration that screams "AI". You can even make out the pen and brush strokes used to draw this. If the headphones look odd, that can simply be attributed to artist error. If you check the artist's profile, you will see that they have been drawing in this same style for years before AI came into the public spotlight.
