I don't even understand what Marisa's doing in her training. She's firing a forward beam, yes...and also firing reflecting shots to hit the targets above her...but the targets are being hit in directions that don't make any sense.
Also, I can't help but think that Marisa's firing a magic bow-and-arrow General Cross style with the way her other hand is placed.
Shintear, I kind of think that she's applying new meaning to Non-Directional Laser. Or something.
Plus if you remember in a couple of the games, there's that one spellcard of hers called Light Sign "Earth Light Ray" that shoots lasers from the bottom of the screen upwards towards her (from the player's perspective) so it looks like it's shooting at herself. So I guess it's more along the lines of practicing her lasers to originate from unexpected locations and fire at different angles.
Day by day, day in day out...But that friend of hers is incredibly powerful; she can do anything without putting in too much effort.For the same reason as you....Dunno...Marisa has always been upset by that fact.
