Storm Eagle and Storm Eagle L Style KE color
Now in Color. I focused More time into his L Form hence why its the only one out of the two that is shaded and highlighted here. This was done based around the 2014 April Fools day Joke that capcom did with Megaman X by doing him in a Ver Ka. Art Style.
