Madoka Sayaka Is actually a mix of archaic and modern runes. Where normally pressing the shift key would capitalise a font, with the Madoka font it produces archaic rather than modern runes. As such, the artist appears to have instinctively capitalised the M of Madoka and the S of Sayaka and switched between the two alphabets erroneously.
