The word Bäckt does actually not exist in German, I cant read Japanese so I dont know for sure but I guess the Title shoud be "Backt Brot", wich would translate to (go and) "make bread". At least if it shoud be in the Imperative form.

Whether or not 'bäckt' is a correct German word is unclear, I believe - some dictionaries have it as a possible form to 'backen', others don't. I've seen it used before, though mostly colloquially. In any case, it would either mean "he/she/it bakes bread" or "bake bread", in the imperative sense. 'bäckt' specifically would indicate the third person, but given the context, the imperative would seem to make more sense to me.
