Other than the eyebrows this sure /looks/ like Ayanami Rei. However, the only mention of her is "After Aya...".

It's tagged as original on tinami, so that's why I put it as such, but yeah it does look a lot like her.

It's theoretically possible that the guy just didn't bother changing it from original to copyright on tinami (but unlikely).
