It seemed to me as if it was an artwork made by an artist. Can you perhaps share how to tell the difference?

It says right in their Twitter bio that they use AI. The way they say it would seem to suggest it's assisted and not generated, so I'm not sure why all their art is deleted, but they do admit to using AI.
