Do you even know what a post-op transsexual is??? Post-op = a person physicaly male changed completely to female (genitals too) making her a woman.
Clearly you're suggesting that Poison is a man and that she even has a penis when YOU said she's post-op. So you basicly don't know what you're talking about.

"Up for debate," meaning "up for debate in the eyes of fan-artists and doujinshi creators." Capcom is under no such illusions; they know Poison had the dick removed.

It is a parody of a poem by Aida Mitsuwo, Japanese poet. He passed away in 1991.
His poetry took the form of messages to people who are frustrated or faced with troubles.
