I knew Isis was all but hitting Thoma with the 'clue-stick' (possibly upgrading to the 'Clue-Nailbat' later on), but is he really that blind to the fact she's all but half naked around him half the time, and throwing herself at him?
It might just be a pet peeve of mine as to how clueless guys are in anime/manga at times, but sometimes its so damn annoying it actually gets in the way of enjoying the anime/manga.
