I prefer it localized like this, it's much better than reading a literal sounding, unnatural translation of the Chinese text. It gets the meaning through rather than the exact wording.

"Brutha" does sound a bit... unnatural coming from Aya, though. Especially since she uses the feminine form of "you" on the next page.

On a related note, my original translation for the 4th panel was "I'm a Force-A-The-Wind", before it was modified to the overly literal "Power of the Wind" by somebody else who came before you.

Plus, it's a parody of the Meet the Scout video. If the dialogue isn't the same, then it defeats the purpose of the image in the first place.
