In any case, I think the character in this picture may actually be Gokou Ruri--the tracksuit getup looks similar to her homewear on the show, and the haircut looks suspiciously similar too.

Yeah, I was kind of thinking that too. Seems to be missing her mole, though. Matsuryuu also had a comment on Twitpic for this image as well:
