Not really NKY-closer to You Gonna Get Raped, mainly because we don't know why Wriggle is in this situation.

I kind of figure if a character looks pretty bloodthirsty and is wielding insecticide with the intent to use it on you and you're a bug, that it would qualify as NKY.

Somehow I'm reminded of Gespent's Jet Magnum in SRW:OG, and there were bug-like enemy mechs too...

You haven't read the description and rules for the NKY pool. It's for when a character is doing something stupid, dangerous, thoughtless etc that he/she will definitely pay for. They will know great pain, but they will have deserved it. Examples from the pool are kissing your best friend's boyfriend in front of her, or making mashed potatoes with a grenade.
As Byakugan01 said, we have no idea what lead to this situation, or if it was Wriggle's fault.
