No, I'm not into any of those things EITHER, but I can kind of UNDERSTAND them, at least. So even if someone was a fan of those aforementioned themes, I disagree that there would be any hypocrisy in being disgusted by guro.

I would have to agree with anonymous somewhat [lol]. I can see why you would call someone hypocritical but at the same time the two fetishes are not the same. Most everyone when they start into hentai [or porn for all that matters], began quite sensibly [as far as that word can apply to this situation] and moved to darker or more abnormal fantasies. I don't think you can write off someone's comment as hypocritical and say that it is done, conversation over. There is an obvious difference between wanting to bang someone who would otherwise not let you, ie rape, and ripping someone to shreds or torturing them to death. This is easily seen in manner which you retaliated. If it wasn't to some degree taboo then there would be no reason to respond. There would be no manner of truth to what the first anonymous said.
