Okay. I gamble that Kaku Seiga will be the underrated character of touhou 13... And I think I am going to loose. Is the reason the pairing she has with Yoshika? Because they have a good number of picture with her on it.
Not really. It's just that in Seiga's boss fight, Yoshika fights alongside her. Yoshika can be "killed" by the player, but Seiga will bring her back to life as soon as she can, which usually is in about 2 or 3 seconds, tops.
It's a good way to make them stop spamming lasers, though. Because while she is rezzing Yoshika, she usually doesn't fire. This is why they are together in a lot of images.
