I think this is actually promo art for the Mardock Scramble project Gonzo had lined up before it went bankrupt. You've got the well-dressed mouse, the fact that he's turning into a suit, and the girl with the same hair as Ballot.
Combine that with the fact that Murata was doing the character design for the project before it fell through...
