Because, for once, Aya speaks of something that's reasonably possible.
There's quite a bit of circumstantial evidence...
Meiling doesn't really try to stop Marisa from sneaking into SDM, Marisa giving chocolate to Meiling, both of them trying to be secretive about it...

...I think you're ALL missing the biggest point, How the hell did Aya took that pic without anyone see her considering the angle and where this was taken at.

...Does no one else see that Marisa's hips are physically impossible? Look are where her hips should be based on her right leg, then look at where her hips should be based on her left leg. Her hips would have to be lopsided and the space between her legs would be at least six inches wide.

They did nothing to Meiling because Sakuya got to her first. Them attacking Meiling would have been redundant.
