Let's see here... Your reason is everyone needs a check on whats 'funny' and not. Please, define funny.
If you said 'what i think is funny' you would be entirely wrong. 'Funny' is a subjective term, like 'good' or 'bad'. I personally believe this pool is funny, and so does a few other people, and I would assume majority rules. Tell me, where do you get off thinking you can mark things that arent 'funny' to you, and you alone?

I can just avoid this and say, if someone on the moderation staff disagrees with me, they can appeal the image, otherwise, I have nothing else to say.

Let me get this straight. you flagged this, and all the others, simply because you don't think they're funny?

...i really wish i could up-vote these comics...
Hahaha, no, of course not. The main reason is because the art quality is very low, and doesn't seem fit for Danbooru. If it was funny enough it would have earned its place in Danbooru, but many people agree that this pool isn't even funny. Hence the flagging.

What truly defines humor is not something that is entirely subjective, at some point, a rational person can sit down and say, "that is unfunny and no person cannot find amusement from this unless they are equally unfunny or easily amused.'
At any rate, I made a big explanation on another comic why this isn't funny, but the tl;dr is that
really basic and juvenile sex jokes, copy+paste visuals, words, words, and words, are all the signs of a bad webcomic.
Comedy is hard to do well, and requires some measure of timing, pacing, and wit. And this pool has nothing, it draws out the premise for too long and rarely has a good punch-line, if it bothers to include one.

That line is solid gold! (pun not intended) Seriously, if you like half (personally, a quarter, imo) of the crap on T.V. how can you not find some of this stuff funny? This little strip of his is pretty genuine in it's level of funny.
I mean, some of it is.. "...ehhh, heh heh... mmmeeehhh", but other parts are pretty good.

Really now? I've spent a good amount of time on Television and still say majority of this pool's "comedy value" isn't cut out for it

I guess if you're basing this in comparison to Family Guy, but even Family Guy probably appeals to the market its going for, even if I dislike it.
I can't say the same thing for this, its just bad, I don't see why this is so hard to understand.

And that's what I mean. For every part that one person thinks is "My God, this is truly crap on display", some of us find these to be pretty funny. It's a matter of opinion which is why I can't see how this is really such a big discussion, especially considering how many other things (going from those comments above) are considered just as bad, if not worse.
There's one show on T.V. (I think it's Conan O'Brian), I watch it and I think to myself, "...it's pretty bad when your commercials are funnier than your shows." But, that's my opinion. He's still on the air and, apparently, people are entertained with him.
I'm not saying all this guy's works are solid gold, he's no Bomber Grape. I'm just saying for some of his works that are "....meeehhh", he has some that are genuinely funny. And to his credit, I've noticed he tends to use dry humor a lot, which isn't supposed to make you 'lol' to begin with. So, that's another thing to consider; depends on what type of comedy you prefer, too.

I honestly don't know they bother putting reasons for the flagging/appeal here, if you need to put a reason, you can do it in the respective forum threads. I just put it up for flagging so a janitor can deal with it, and thus far, no one has gone back to this.
In retrospect, I see why you need reasons for flagging, generally, but I wish it kept who flagged it anonymous to prevent people from being called out.

A good solution to this would be for the flagged posts to only appear as such to the users responsible for the moderation queue. It's not like anyone else will affect the outcome. People can always appeal for a post if it's been deleted. (You can bring this up in the forums, if you're ready to be called a Nazi by people you never heard of before, that is.)
1) Don't use comments to discuss flagging/moderating functionality, that's what the forums are for. 2) Stop bitching about people flagging bad art. That's what flagging is for.
