A Yuruyuri character. As a member of student council, she is almost always seen with Sugiura Ayano. Though Chitose has a gentle disposition, whenever she takes her glasses off she has various yuri fantasies and almost always pairs Toshinou Kyouko together with Sugiura Ayano in those fantasies, which often lead to near-fatal nosebleeds. She speaks in soft Kansai dialect and likes pickles.
