The national flag of Ireland. A vertical tricolor of green, white, and orange. The three colors in the Irish flag each have a meaning. The green represents Catholics, the orange represents Protestants and the white represents peace and unity between the Catholics and Protestants of Ireland. Not to be confused with the Italian flag or Ivorian flag.
