A character depicted having a third eye in addition to the usual two. The extra eye does not have to be located on the head. (e.g. Reiuji Utsuho, Komeiji Satori, Komeiji Koishi) Other, non-Touhou examples of third eyes include Beelzebumon, Jirachi, Magolor Soul, and Tenshinhan.
