A character from Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica. A mysterious and aloof girl who transfers to Mitakihara Middle School, encountering Kaname Madoka in the process, with intentions yet to be known to anyone. It is later discovered that Homura's actions are due to her contract with Kyubey following the death of Madoka in a previous timeline. This has led her to create numerous timelines in order to avert Madoka's doom.
She has long black hair, purple eyes, and wears a hairband. When transformed into her magical form, she wears a capelet, a pleated skirt, high heeled boots with argyle patterns that cover the entire legs, and sometimes also has a shield on her lower left arm. She primarily uses mundane weapons such as guns and bombs.
Her shield acts like a seemingly infinite portable storage space for her weapons, and also allows her to manipulate and travel through time.
She is voiced by Saitou Chiwa (Japanese) and Cristina Vee (English).
