A turtle from JoJo no Kimyou na Bouken Part 5. When a special jeweled key is inserted in the depression on the turtle's shell, it becomes the entrance to a spacious room. Both people and inanimate objects can enter this area. The quality is similar to a hotel room, though it is unknown how the lights, television, and refrigerator within are able to operate.

This room is the effect of the turtle's Stand, "Mister President".

Namesake is the song by German euro-dance group Mr. President, "Coco Jamboo". Its Stand, of course, is named after the group itself.
