Fumizuki is the seventh ship of the Mutsuki-class destroyers in Kantai Collection.
Fumizuki wears a black serafuku consisting of a long-sleeved black shirt and black skirt. The uniform also includes a white necktie, a crescent pin on her collar and black kneehighs.
For her second remodel, Fumizuki wears a modified uniform similar to Satsuki's. She wears a blue jacket over a white shirt with black sailor collar and a yellow neckerchief with a crescent pin. She retains her black skirt and black kneehighs.
She has brown eyes and long brown hair in a ponytail.
Based on her in-game lines, Fumizuki has a very childlike and innocent personality, and is typically portrayed as such. She likes the Commander quite a bit, and enjoys talking with them. However, she can become shy and embarrassed if the Commander stares at her too much. Fumizuki is overwhelmingly paired with one of her sister ships, though occasionally she is depicted with a mothering Houshou.
