goblin slayer!
2016 Dark Fantasy light novel and manga, written by Kumo Kagyu and illustrated by Kannatsuki Noboru. An anime adaptation aired in October 2018.
The story follows the journey of the titular character known as Goblin Slayer, an adventurer who hunts goblins and only goblins.
The anime adaptation also became controversial in the West after the airing of the first episode for retaining the extreme violence (including rape scenes) from the light novel not helped by at least one streaming site not properly labeling the series for said content.
