minotaur
A creature with the head of a bull (or cow) on the body of a human. Originated from Greek Mythology as a unique creature, but was later depicted as an entire species in fantasy media.
For characters with bovine traits (e.g. cow horns, cow ears, cow tail), but whose heads are otherwise human, see the cow girl or cow boy tags.
