The hard-boiled detective mentor of Hidari Shoutarou and father of Narumi Akiko from Kamen Rider W.
He was the founder of the Narumi Detective Agency and bearer of the Lost Driver and Skull Memory. Though he was killed before the series begins, he remains a strong influence for Shoutarou and Philip.
