She has purple eyes and short purple messy hair with double-parted crossed bangs reaching between her eyes and an ahoge. Being a cat girl she has cat ears, a cat tail and a cat mouth, she also wears a black animal collar on her neck.

Due to how the camera is usually placed and how baggy her default outfit is, her rather large breasts weren't that noticeable until her third (and specially her 4th) outfit onward.

Personality and trivia

Okayu has a very relaxing and laid back personality, and is well-known for her seductiveness (that often results into her being occasionally depicted as an "bimbo cat girl" archetypes in fan works). However, Okayu is also known to have a "scaredy cat" tendencies, being unable to handle any kind of horror games at all.

She lives with her grandmother and her favorite food is onigiri, which explains her personal emoji choice. She's close friends with Inugami Korone, who she affectionately refers to as "Koro-san" - the loving duo referred to as "OkaKoro". She also owns a pet cat, named Temari (much to the amusement of her viewers, as a cat girl owning a cat gets quite meta).

Her original character designer is Kamioka Shun'ya, who also designed Nijisanji's Shiina Yuika (the pair being known as the Kamioka Family.)

She reached 1,000,000 subscribers on YouTube during an endurance stream on April 17, 2021.
