Her full name is Tsukatsuki Rio.

Wears a white turtleneck sweater underneath a black blazer with a id card. Also wears a pleated skirt over pantyhose, a holster strapped to her thigh, and black high heels. Her firearm is a M1911 pistol, and she is often seen with a tablet PC.
