uiharu kazari

Character from the anime/manga series ToAru Kagaku No Railgun. She is a friend of Shirai Kuroko and a classmate of Saten Ruiko at Sakugawa Middle School.

Kazari's ability as an esper is limited to keeping lunches warm by using her Level 1 Thermal Hand to keep things at constant temperature. However, she is infamous as a fearsome hacker, nicknamed "Goalkeeper", and is invaluable as an asset of Judgment and Kuroko's primary operator.

She has short black hair and brown eyes. She usually wears a flower hairband.
