Wait, Miko? that Miko? The elements of timing in this series (and related ones) always seemed a bit peculiar to me but nothing as odd as Reimu's mother being a contemporary to the living Yuyuko.

Could it be that she,Suika, can even called someone far in future too... lol, that gonna be awesome ability
Could just be one of Reimu's ancestors...not needing to be her actual mother (since this like several hundred to maybe a thousand years ago from Reimu or Sakuya's time).
Kumihou said: Hakurei Miko is non-canon and her timeline is irrelevant to official touhou plot. In this timeline, she's the great ancestor of Reimu.
It should be pointed out that in Hakurei Miko canon, ie the backstory of the original MUGEN character, it's explictly stated that she's not Reimu's mother and is merely one of the great Hakurei Miko of the past whos name no one can remember... Thus, by Hakurei Miko canon, this representation is pretty close.

Hearing the word canon after a mugen fanmade character bothers me...
It's just a previous miko at the hakurei shrine in the past. It's as simple as that.

Just because it bothers you doesn't make it any less so.
'Canon' is whatever that particular creation's creator has places as 'absolute'. In the case of Hakurei Miko, her canon is whatever her creator had placed as her bio. Hakurei Miko Canon =/= Touhou Canon. I have not said otherwise. Fan Fiction can have Canon material that only pertains to the content within itself, so can MUGEN fanmade characters.
Some of the best 'Canons' have been fanmade, in fact it's the 'canon' made by fans (commonly called 'fanon') that has given Touhou its popularity. While some of it is... far out there, it doesn't change the fact that its technically a form of 'canon' if they form some sort of coherent continuality. IE the 'Canon' of Shitenno! here is not 'Canon' in Touhou Tag-Dream, even though they're both Touhou in origin. What works here will not work there, and vice versa. We may call it 'fanon' (or story continuality if we're being polite) but it's technically the 'canon' of the respective story.
Thus, I was correct in what I had said. Hakurei Miko canon is that she is not Reimu's mother and is merely one of the great Hakurei Miko of the past whose name no one can seem to remember... As Reimu will one day also be (unless Marisa becomes immortal or some of the youkai that she has befriended actually bother to remember her name once she's dead and gone).
