Kongou is now sucked into the never ending grind that is Granblue. Might explain why she's no longer bothered by her psycho sisters.
It's also reasonably common to get it in the fried rice-style dry curry in Japan; maybe not every time, but it's certainly not something you'd find unusual.
It's not portrayed negatively here, just that Kirishima's curry (as with Hiei's) became some sort of culinary monstrosity, not just because of it being keema or having raisins.
raisins are dry so before putting it into fried rice you'd want to put it in boiling soup stock for the fried rice to make it softer. It taste fruity, i even sometimes put small bits slices of apples into my risotto/fried rice when cooking
