Oh god don't be loss. And why doesn't Nightingale have gloves on considering she's NIGHTINGALE.
Right, "Bloody Show" seems to be a somewhat technical term for the breaking of the mucous seal protecting the baby; it happens when the cervix weakens in preparation for delivery. The waste discharge typically blood tinged.
As is often the case, blood looks like a lot more than it actually is. Enough to run through your fingers can mean just a teaspoon of blood lost in real life.
I've read that heavy clots or clot-filled discharge is bad though; that could mean a miscarriage is happening.
Otherwise, unless she is casting Lay on Hands, she probably shouldn't be poking around there without some gloves.
Oh god don't be loss. And why doesn't Nightingale have gloves on considering she's NIGHTINGALE.
For the same reason she's a berserker, or for that matter, so many real-life historical figures are suddenly female all along: Massive, MASSIVE revisionist history.
No, this is just bad writing and evidence the author has never paid attention while in a hospital. Nightingale is freakishly strict about medical protocol in FGO. She well and truly earns the title of iron lady.
If this were a miscarriage, the amount of blood would be astronomically greater in this moment. Source is myself, as I work security in a hospital and I've seen more than my fair share of such things.
