It's a bit of an engineering challenge but it's not impossible. The most important considerations are balancing the load and making sure the rear wheels and axle can handle the weight of the trailer. Getting it moving will take some serious effort and I wouldn't want to pull it up a hill, but people have built things like this before.

This is clearly meant to be more of a traveling studio than a place to live in, but if you look closely, it looks like she's equipped for an overnight stay. She's got food and her bath kit, and that drawstring bag in the loft up front is almost certainly a sleeping bag.
