Not the one who removed it, but I suspect that it's because "Hololaive" is more like a typo (which has already been tagged here). And as long as I'm here, may as well clean up the leftover ranguage tag (which engrish text implicates).

Since its a single word, typo is more appropriate. Engrish text tends to be more than just poor spelling (and engrish can be spelled correctly and still be nonsensical).

It doesn't help that the engrish_text tag does get used for single word misspellings quite often, and that the ranguage wiki entry specifically mentions typos without the context you describe.
I do think this is Engrish, but I won't argue with the ruling on keeping the tag to grammatical errors only.

I think engrish could be typos only, but given it was spelled correctly above and not below makes me lean more towards a typo rather than anything systematic.
