Does yorihime's sword have a name? Or it is nameless?
The sword belongs to Lord Gion, as stated in Silent Sinner in Blue. Her usual "weapon" which she is depicted with in more modern portraits seems to be a computer in the form of a book.

so this means that yori's sword is actually from someone else? (aka. she's borrowing it for a test drive.)
also, it's interesting the lunarian hieriachy, there's them (toyo and yori), lord gion, princes sarsarae and tsuku (SEH only), Eirin and Tsukuyomi (the rulers of the lunarian capital...). I wonder what's up with many kingdoms having a lot of "rulers"? does people fight for the throne?

Basically yeah, Yorihime's ability is to channel the power of the gods, and she's titled as the princess possessed by divine spirits. Reimu has shown that the gods one channels into their body can show the user their feelings or thoughts, so she probably has channeled Lord Gion and got his consent for borrowing the sword for the time being.
As for the Lunarian hierarchy, it's more or less a general government position styled system. Toyohime and Yorihime are from the Watatsuki family which is said to handle security in general, that includes both off-planet with training the defense corps, and in the capital too (it's implied Toyohime does general police work; when the rabbits encounter Reimu in the capital, they ask if Toyohime can "catch that crook") which makes them sort of like the Department of Civil Defense + military. Eirin is the god of knowledge and seems to serve an educational or advisory role, being the mentor of the Watatsukis as well as an advisor to Kaguya prior to the Hourai elixir incident, and Tsukuyoumi is on top as a "supreme ruler" of sorts. Coups happen depending on the kingdom's stability, and the Lunar Capital while claiming to be a stable utopia is filled with conspiracy theorists and rumors spreading so often, a spreading story of being attacked and the rulers overturned is probably a usual sunday morning for them. Tsukuyoumi even shows panic when he hears humans have understood the concept of quantum probability – something the Lunarians discovered first and the basis of Toyohime's power – because he feared humans would come to the moon.
