How could Caelus know anything about children when he himself was only a couple of months old?
But we will ignore all the knowing how to walk, fight and be sassy and snarky in his dialogues? Just chalk it up to being a Stellaron receptacle. The Trailblazer not once acts as if it was a newborn.

Because they're not, duh. If anyone misses it (again), during the current Silver Wolf event it is mentioned that those who hails from her planet, Punklorde has the ability to rewrite reality as they wanted. They also have they ability to digitize real things and store them into a pocket dimension, just like how Silverwolf is able to make that one enemy attacking Kafka in the prologue disappear into pixels (and later used as a trap in the current event's story). Stelle/Caelus was never 'few months old', they're a full-fledged young adult that Elio has foreseen to be able to accept the power of Stellaron, and most likely know the 'script' but made to forget it or have their memories sealed, based on the glimpses of future event when they first contacted Nanook. Silverwolf didn't create them, she just stores them until they reached the Stellaron.
Exactly. I see so many people with the comments "Trailblazer is a newborn, they don't know about sex!" on lots of ecchi pictures. But it's never stated the Trailblazer is a ignorant, innocent newborn. They can fight, be sassy and inquisitive from the get go, nobody bats an eye, there is sex involved and then they are too young to understand it?
