There has been multiple research about 'if circumcision reduce or increase UTI risk' and there's contradicting claim about that. Some studies says circumcision reduce the risk of UTI by removing the 'pocket' where bacterial buildup can happen, while other studies said that circumcision increases the risk of UTI because it removes the barrier between outside world and the urethra.
In the end, it goes back to how hygienic are you. With daily washing you could prevent smegma buildup, by wearing appropriate undergarments (basically don't wear the 'boxer' type), keeping yourself hydrated enough and urinating frequently plus practicing safe sex you can reduce the risk of developing UTI even if you don't get circumcised.
