Thankfully that's not Godoka, just normal Madoka. But apparently normal Madoka thinks the White Devil needs her help and not the other way around, which I find hysterical.

Watch again. Madoka's goddess form only appeared to destroy Kriemhild Gretchen. When saving mahou shoujo (including Sayaka), she appears in her usual attire, floating above them.

mod edit: add spoiler tag
You should rewatch episode 12 more carefully. That Madoka form
take the grief from dying Mahou Shoujo, or those about to turn. One can say she acts as a Psychopomp taking them to something like Mahou Shoujo Valhalla.
The first image is clearly a versus image, drawn at a time when the viewers were growing annoyed at Madoka not turning Mahou Shoujo when we were clearly shown that it is not desirable. The title of the second image, that was done after we now know the deal about Madoka, is roughly read as
"Breaking an injured mage's contract". Me think that Madokaverse's Nanoha got contracted by QB instead of having meet Yuuno.
She was close to it after she got disabled. Unfortunately, the genius who directed StrikerS have decided that this part of her life should only be in a flashback. As a result, all the potential drama went to waste, and the impact of this event have been brushed off as a sidenote, like "Dude, excess of magic can hurt!!!"
I only wanted to point the core difference, and the idea behind, between the two pics.

This does not stop the idea of Nanoha ever needing Madoka's help from being utterly hysterical. Who's next, Sailor Moon? She of the Silver Plot Device and the galaxy-wide resurrection magic? Not in this lifetime.

that's quite possible. Flashback, how I hate this narration device unless beautiful used like in Once Upon a time In the West, said something about Nanoha being so close to death, etc... This is really one of those times I wish they did not resort to TIMESKIPS and FLASHBACK all the time, because a normal and linear narration would be more helpful to the franchise.

Look closer, Nanoha's in her movie getup. If this were the post-A's thing she wouldn't have just a few dings and a scraped arm, she'd also have a gaping hole in her chest where Jail's gadget speared her. So apparently Madoka just popped in to say hi, because I can't imagine Nanoha freaking out/losing hope/turning suicidal/etc over such minor injuries.

I'm just sick of Madoka being treated like Magical Girl Kamina, that's all. Which is appropriate, since I'm pretty sure this is what it must have felt like for people who hated TTGL when the whole internet was going nuts over it.
And the hilarity continues! Nanoha Takamachi was voiced by Cristina Vee who then became Homura Akemi who was helped by Madoka Kaname. This one has just hit the jackpot!
