pool #4063 is basically just a copy of pool #4069, except the scans are worse and it has been edited into Chinese. I'm not sure of the deletion policies regarding this, but considering that English edits are frowned upon, shouldn't it be the same here?

The Japanese sound effects tells me it's an edit, and keeping the transparency of the bubbles isn't impossible with some effort through photoshop.
Edit: And then there's the fact that it first showed up on exhentai, uploaded by a Chinese scanlation group.
