Imply sleeves past wrists -> long sleeves

create implication sleeves_past_wrists -> long_sleeves

If sleeves are so long that the pass the wrist, they should be long sleeves. It's a pain to constantly tag both, and there are >22k posts tagged with sleeves past wrists but not long sleeves.

This was discussed in the Discord a while ago, and some potential counterexamples were pointed out. post #3745107 and post #2949140 have detached sleeves which do not pass the elbow at the top, while passing the wrist at the bottom. I don't really feel that awkward about tagging either of these examples as long sleeves, so I think it would still be best overall to have the implication.

Another counterexample: post #4589381 is possibly an example of a short sleeves shirt that is so off shoulder that the sleeves pass the wrists. Again, I think the overall utility of the implication outweighs the awkwardness of tagging this with long sleeves or even tagging it with short sleeves and nothing else.

I disagree with both sets of counterexamples getting the long sleeves tag because they are not long sleeves.

Implications should only be done when ALL images with one tag will also have the other. Not just where most of them will.

We don't create implications unless they're obvious and absolute, and I feel that if this was approved it would be a very slippery slope towards other questionable implications.

post #4589381 is definitely not long sleeves, and we don't know how many posts like this are out there (mostly because a lot of posts are missing long sleeves and short sleeves, yeah).

It's like the issue with scar across eye and scar on face - yeah, 99.9% of posts fall under the other tag, but then we'd have that handful of posts that would be permanently mistagged with no way to fix them.
