Converting Learn With Manga! FGO to copyright tag

BUR #9008 has failed.

mass update pool:10385 -> copy:Learning_with_manga!_FGO

We usually treat official spinoffs as copyright tags. It's needless to say that Riyo's comic has attracted a lot of fame, and fanart that goes beyond simply riyo_(lyomsnpmp)_(style). I think it should have a copytag of it's own.
For reference, this is the same treatment that some Touhou doujins got in topic #17384.

(Also, changed the title from Learn with Manga to Learning with Manga, because that's the official translation.)

I don't object to giving it a copyright tag, but I don't like nuking the pool. It's meant to be read in sequence, which is harder to do without the pool, especially when you mix in fanart. There's a reason Touhou tag dream and arai-san mansion still have their pools.

Same as blindvigil and mexiguy, I don't mind giving it its own tag, but reading it in the pool is vastly easier than searching for the tag/etc.

No you just need to add the pool to the right side of the BUR. Mass updates replace the left side entirely with the right side.

Pool mass updates won't automatically nuke the pool, which is why pool "aliases" do mass update pool:xxx -> blah -pool:xxx.

Ah, I wasnt aware of that. I have no objections then.
