The bulk update request #9122 has been approved by @evazion.

create alias hair_in_scarf -> enpera

I thought it was a very attractive and cute concept to have hair in the scarf, and I thought there was no tag corresponding to it.
So I added an intuitive tag called hair_in_scarf, but we already had enpera.

I proceed with this request so that someone does not follow in the footsteps as me.

    There couldn't be any possible mistagging with this alias, could there? The enpera wiki states: When hair sticks out above a scarf or another apparel at neck level (like headphones). This sounds like it's trying to refer to a specific type of depiction which might be narrower in meaning than the tag name hair_in_scarf.

    Much of enpera as it's currently tagged seems to ignore the sticking-out quality (from the first page of the tag, post #5159515, post #5155602, post #5148290). We could make it imply hair in scarf as the general tag and garden enpera down, if the distinction matters.

    I think we may be using different thresholds of sticking-out-ness. Googling the term seems to indicate it's used for cases where the hair poking out of the scarf creates a distinct "poof" (see here, here).

    Most of the Pixivision collection pics do have a distinct poof, but yes, a couple don't. If it's not a distinction we want to make, then it's not a distinction we want to make, and the original BUR can proceed as suggested. I have no dog or squid in this fight.
